WELCOME TO THE ADVENTURE PARK
The Adventure Park is an activity center for children and their families situated in the Kupittaa Park established in 1982. The Adventure Park emphasis on creative activities and fantasy; to invent and experience together and to do handicrafts and versatile art hobbies.
Adventure and food
Children can bounce, climb, wade, slide, crawl into the stomach of a giant sculpture or try their skills in the summer ateljee. Adventure Park is full of things to do! In the Traffic Park kids can drive pedal cars just like in a real town, and take the safari car outside the city as well. Take a break from play for re-freshment in the outdoor swimming pool The Park’s summer café has plenty on the menu to satisfy your hunger, whether big or small. Select a meal from the á la carte menu at Kupittaa Pavilion, and Res-taurant Óle at Veritas Stadium also serves up a diverse selection of dishes.
Adventure and theatre
Performances run throughout the summer on Adventure Park’s three stages. Helmiteltta is the place to immerse yourself in children’s theatre, circus performances and musicals as well as rock concerts for kids. The brand-new Timantti multipurpose facility is a great setting for performances ranging from circus to puppet theatre. The smaller Taikatupa stage presents puppet and clown theatre and children’s movies.
Adventure and rock
Seikkisrock, a rock festival just for children, kicks off the summer season on the beginning of June. This summer marks the 12th anniversary of this festival! The summer season winds up with the Musapiknik event on August. Visit www.seikkisrock.net and www.seikkailupuisto.com
